The mannequin isn’t using an internal base or hidden rig at all, but instead is physically fastened to the vertical post by a cable tie around its neck, which keeps the torso upright and prevents it from tipping forward. 

The cutoff saw isn’t being gripped through mannequin articulation either — the cutting wheel is cable tied to the mannequin’s hands, effectively locking the tool in place so it appears naturally held. It’s a very old school, pragmatic method of securing a display figure.
